This is one of the few champs that I have trouble building. I find his kit to be very interesting and he seems like he'd be fun to play, I'm just not putting out the damage to make myself a threat. I've seen many bad Skarner players, but I've seen quite a few completely dominate the entire match.

Any help would be appreciated. I really want to start playing him, but not at the cost of losing the game for my team.
