Well, riot can't overlook this. I didn't do anything terrible enough to get me banned. I followed the summoner's code like I have been asked to, someone has to do something about this.

Just fyi, In my whole year of gameplay I haven't said "GG noobs" except like literally twice.

Doughgod your only level 20 and already have 10 leaves, that's most likely what got you either by leaverbuster or tribunal voters punishing you for afking/leaving games.

Check your email, it states the most common reasons you were reported for or if it's leaverbuster it just says you were busted by leaverbuster.

Also ignore the obvious mad troll who's posting in every thread like the response you got. That's why he got the downvotes because he's a mad troll.
