I am new to the MOBA genre, but am enjoying it greatly. I really have liked playing as a few different champions, but I have really enjoyed the assassin role with Katarina. I would like to learn how to be an effective assassin, but also how the other roles work as well. I would also like to understand the strategy of when to go for buffs, ganking, and other terms of the like.

Yes have mentored quite a few friends starting the game from level 1-30. Have taught a range of things like last hitting, jungling, warding/map awareness, item builds and a little laning phase play for bot and mid.

Have you BEEN mentored before?
A little but not much had to figure out most things by myself over time.

What are your best roles?
AP mid, AP assassin, Jungling, Support and can play an all right AD carry.

Who are your top 3 best characters?
Not quite sure who my best three would be but likely are Kennen, Nautilus and Nocturne.

I played this game like a year or so ago but never was able to get into it because I couldn't get better at it. Now I am back and would really like to learn how to play this game properly since I know it has the potential to be a very entertaining game. Through some experimentation I have found out I like champions who are tanky and prefer to play the roles of jungler/tank/support but I am willing to go out of my comfort zone. Some of the champions I've tried and liked are Warwick and Alistar. I guess my major problem is that I don't know exactly how to be flexible and still fulfill my role. I also have trouble knowing what to improve in my games even though I know I'm not doing good. Champions I'm interested in learning as of now are Nocturne and Nautilus.

I had gotten help from some folks from some people from the old LoL University a while ago, but I was kinda forced to take a big hiatus from League for a while, and while I do try to recall what I was taught, I feel rusty and stuff from not actually having been able to practice and stuff for so long, But I would like to have another chance at learning if someone out there still wants to teach me.

I still haven't really nailed down what role I want to do, so I do suppose I need help with a little bit of everything.

I would appreciate help with champs like Morgana and Ahri, builds and how to play them better would be awesome, especially with ahri since i just bought her, Last hitting, and possibly filling other roles, I honestly feel i need help with just about every aspect of the game

So far, I have only played beginner vs. Bots, and I have not killed a champion yet! I prefer playing mid lane, and use Kayle. I pretty much need help with everything in the game. I won't be able to make it to the chat room tonight, but I will get there tomorrow.

Playing for: about 2 months, no other MOBA experience

Looking to improve play all around, specifically map awareness and would like to learn to jungle, specifically Mundo as i already own him . I feel I have played best with Ashe, but have only played 2 normals, as I still feel like i have too much tunnel vision to be effective against human opponents. so this is based mostly of co-op vs AI games. I'm so glad that this exists, and look forward to learning!

I play the less utilized champs generally. I played Sona for a while because i liked support but switched Karma to my main support champ because Sona was a little too simple for my tastes. Because i read threads about people needing to play with others that like playing the same type of champs I started to look into different roles so I also started to play Leona as my tank/cc champ. I used to play Fiora as my AD champ but am enjoying as Shyvana and want to learn how to jungle well with her, probably want to move Shyvana as my main AD.

Basically I'm looking for general insight and tips, when to engage into fights and such. I tend to be dead at the wrong times or engage as a tank at the wrong times. I also tend to get focus fired first no matter what character I'm on.

I just got back into the game and ive never really been that good. Right now there is some wierd glitch happening thats not allowing me to get into the shop to buy my items so that might be part of it. my favorite characters are nautilus, tristana, ziggs, maokai, and ahri, I would love to learn to jungle and play support, but really i need help with pretty much everything.
