i think that players should be able to sell back level one or two runes back to riot as rp or ip. this would help lower level players to be able to buy runes, set them up and get some kind of advantage in the game against other players. also get them used to building there rune pages. i got told a lot not to buy any runes prior to being able to get level three cause they werent worth wasting my ip or rp on. i also think that being able to sell back runes that you dont use anymore cause of nerfed champs would help a lot to. a friend of mine spent 6300 ip on a champion to only have him nerfed a few days later. i think this needs to be changed. maybe let player sell them back for half price or even a third of the full price but anything is better than nothing and would definently help lower level players build rune pages, try new champion and if they dont like the champion be able to sell them back for another champ at a later time and have rune pagers aat earlier levels and be able to sell those one and two runes back to be able to get level threes. thank you and hope to see future changes

A few explanations?
- It would create too many issues with people trying to refund free champions, champions that were part of a bundle, ones that were purchased at discounted prices, ones that are no longer flavor of the month, people complaining that 'their champion was nerfed...' The last one is the main thing. If your friend's champion was nerfed, it's because it was OP. If he's happy playing only OP champions and not caring about balance, tell him to play a single player game that is more likely to let 'OP' classes/champions/heroes/etc stay around. PvP games on the other hand, are much less likely to do that.
