Would the seemingly best Counter against a Sion (AP or DPS) be Gangplank? Or am i over looking someone?

Parlay for his shield,

Scurvy for his stun.

Is there anyone that does it better?

Vlad since you can dodge his Stun. ;-)

Warwick could be pretty good in 1 vs 1 since he is tought enought to sustain initial burst damage and he can heal back quickly.

I main Sion, and CC is always my biggest problem. Sion, despite have FNP, crumples pretty badly under any kind of focus fire and with CC, an AP Sion can't do much (since half his damage requires him to not be hit) and a DPS Sion will be either kited around/shut down by Exhaust.

I'm mostly talking a hard counter, as in any time he goes to do something you have something to counter with, seems like gangpank would do it best... i'd have to test it some but most of his skills counter match sions. Not that some of these suggestions were bad. i like the the morganna one.

Btw is Sions ult considered a "heal" meaning that gangplanks passive would cut it in half?
