Come at me bro.

I always like to have my targetable summoner spell at D and my non-targetable summoner spell at F

Exhaust, Ignite, Clairvoyance, and Teleport for D

Heal, Clarity, Ghost, Surge, Promote, Garrison, and Flash for F.

I Don't use Ghost, Surge, Promote, or Garrison very often though.

For Ad carries I use Exhaust and Flash
Casters Clarity and Flash

Thats mostly it, supports I vary.

defensive spells on d and offensive on f, and all of them on smartcast

D-F: Teleport-Clarity

i got into that habit and i cant play with both :/
