No i don't, i firmly believe the following.
Chases that someone with 2 games 1 report each is innocent and gets banned for no reason is MUCH higher then
some true offender who ONLY got reported 2 games 1 reported each gets away with it.
If he really is offender then he will get 3rd and 4rfd and 5th report. and get to tribunal where he will be banned.

Now more to the point. Tribunal is here not to punish people to make you happy but to stop certain behavior. If the person did it once and never again (thus no additional reports) then there is nothing more to stop is there? So now your only goal is to make that person suffer for mistake in judgement, which he clearly understood since he doesnt do it again. So Who needs to be banned from tribunal now? I think you do...

You're wrong for several reasons. First, you just said once again that you don't care what they did. That means you are not a discerning person, so we don't want your judgment. Second, this is the internet. What that means is that mean-spirited behavior is constantly rewarded. Players of this game often refuse to report people for behavior that is clearly over the line; sexist, racist and homophobic remarks for example. Because of this, it's possible to be a crapsack who deserves to get banned and only get reported by a few people. What you end up with is a mean-spirited person who only got a case with two games, because most people on the internet thought his mean-spirited behavior was cool.


EDIT: Also, when you wrote "chases", I think you meant to write "chances." That's the only was I can make sense out of what you wrote. Not that it makes any sense anyway....

No but next time they queue up another solo queue will report them. Which is why they would end up with 5 games of reports even if it is 1 each. But it is 5 games.

I wrote this in other post but i ll repeat. What is you goal? punish them or prevent behavior? if they only do this once and not again then punishing them will not improve anyone's gaming experience since they don't do it anymore... Now you just want to ban then out of spite. And if they continue to do it then inevitably they will get more then 2 games worth of reports.

Irrelevant, i only see proof in front of me, not the X reports they had. If they were reported X times show me X reports.


Hmm yes you would be able to get away with it. But this would require quite a bit of precision on your part to pull of, and a such would be extremely rare.
On the other hand people false reporting happens ALL THE TIME. As i said i personally did it out of spite because i was frustrated, and i am not ahole by a long shot. So i am 100% sure that a lot of people do it on consistent basis.

You make zero sense. You saying most people think he should not be reported, yet he should be still be banned? So if majority of players who play with him do not consider even reporting him, then who are you didn't play even 1 game with him to say he should be banned. It is the same people who report and who do tribunal if they don't think he is worth reporting then they wouldn't magically think he is worth banning all of a sudden.

An no chances of repeated offender not being reported more then 2 times are miserable. And once again no one is saying they should be pardoned, i am saying they shouldn't be on tribunal YET. If they continue that behavior then eventually they will get more reports.

If being found guilty just once in Tribunal resulted in a permanent ban, you might have a point but it's not. You get a warning, temporary suspensions before you get banned. You get plenty of chances to correct bad behavior.

You can vote how you want but my hope is the the majority will punish even 1 report cases where there is a violation.

Yet again it is not that they deserve a pardon because they have only 2 cases, but they don't deserve to be there at all YET. Once it reaches a more serious number then you ban them.

Except you don't get to decide if you're banning or warning. You just get to decide if they're guilty of bad behavior. It take multiple trips through Tribunal just to get a 1 day suspension.

I recently got perma banned by "Riot". I put Riot in quotation marks because they weren't the actual ones doing the work. People who don't work for them did their job for them. Anyways... Now that I've been permanently banned for unknown reasons... (Probably because I was accused of feeding after going 1/2/1 with Graves. The kids don't let go of the situation and so I show them what the TRUE meaning of feeding is. Right clicking the enemy nexus) I click punish on every single Tribunal case I review. Mostly to attempt to show Riot how terrible their Tribunal System is. I have 4 Level 30 accounts. I hope I don't come across one of your games!
