I agree. Though I am absolutely confused on how this is an issue of Morello's and Morello's alone. I did not think there was a team of 1 individual who handled balance. In short, what you should have said (as your title is deviously misleading) is that the Balance team has an issue.

Amazing no one from Riot has tried to defend the current system as of yet. When I send them E-mails along the same lines about how I am mad I lost Elo because people trolled and I get cookie cutter responses. Its rather amusing knowing what they will say before they say it.
