"Janna nerf" is just a big fix surely. If someone breaks the shield you lose the benefit of the shield. If you break urgot's shield he doesn't continue to slow you for a bit after...

RIP Jungle.
Blue Buff nerf just messed everything up, now jungling will be way harder, and most of the jungling champions will be unplayable.
