Janna's main support ability is her shield and the buff from it, so now basically janna will just be able to shield someone for one attack...late game only half(240 base shield lvl 5) and the ally shielded will have not gained anything! Janna isnt played as much as Sona n Soraka(whose support abilties have buffs which stay for longer!) and u want her to be picked even less?
At least increase the base shield a little bit so Janna can be built with aura/support items rather than ap =(
