You talk to him in game or did he mention something on stream? Did he like... say anything other than "I'm like... really pumped to try out Irealleia after these buffs."

Who exactly is going to lane against her after they nerfed every toplane in the game that could actually try to win the matchup.

They didn't gave any major nerfs to any popular top laners other than warwick, and Irelia's sustain was HALVED. Then Irelia got a minor buff. Do the math yourself.

They nerfed Udyr,Lee,Olaf,Vlad and Kennen also her sustain wasn't halved,when they remove the double heal on the W than in will be halved.

So if your team does not have a Jax centered strategy we are back to firstpick- firstban Irelia.

You can't use the active on her W to sustain if the enemy if in lane (unless your owning ur lane), because the enemy would use the 9 second window to abuse the hell out of you.

you are not really smart? LOOOL if u take a look at udyr for example which completely destroys irelia. He got nerfed by 20 hp on his turtle. He will still be godlike top lane as always. Irelia loses pretty much every match up atm. Jax is situational as well.... he loses the majority of his match ups. Anyways who cant beat irelia pre-6? she has no damage untill her w is ranked up.

I haven't seen anything about Udyr, Vlad or Kennen getting nerfed in this patch?

In all honesty, I think Irelia will still have a very tough time against just about everyone that goes top. We will have to wait and see what actually makes it into the patch and test it out.
