GG missing the first few weeks of season 1 due to moving and lack of internet.

So out of those 1500 what happens to the couple hundred not living in the states?

We will sit at home being very very sad for not living in the states, kinda hostile towards outlanders! na but rly I don't see why those not in america can't be in this, is it leagal reasons or something?
