Well, then that would be then classified as murder if you killed him/her, then you would get sentenced to life imprisonment or get executed, depending on how important the yordle was to Bandle City.

Murder? Hah, no. The yordle would simply scout too far and never be seen again. You know how it goes, I'm sure it's happened before.
