AT&T or League causing lag?

I DO have pando installed... But how does this affect latency?

Yeah, and people are saying the have hops to about 300 and my skype buds or having that for 3 seconds. Not "OMGWTF-BOO" latency for 9/10s of their game

It's constantly sending packets to other computers that are downloading LoL/or other supported pando game that you have installed. Most people see it as a spyware, removing it will not cause any problems.

Well I just uninstalled it. Gonna try a co-op with my buds and if it works, I will forever love you!

It will not actually reduce your ping, but animations may seem smoother since you're no longer using a % of your uploading speed.
One thing I totally bet will work is battleping , I use it. reduces my ping by 50%.
They give you a free trial.
Connect to the west servers, and bouala.
