Did you fixed the bug, that even I have enough ip to buy a champion, I can't buy it?

Is anyone having problems purchasing champs?
I just bought Ahri with IP, I lost the IP but she seems to be still locked. I even tried restarting the client to see if that would help, but it did not. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT 1: I even tried signing on my other computer, did not work since Ahri is still locked

EDIT 2: I checked my purchase history and it doesn't even show that I purchased Ahri. How come my IP was taken still?

EDIT 3: Can a red take a look at this problem? I don't want to lose 6300 IP for nothing, took me long enough to save that up.
