It is okay to play champions such as zilean and janna with their AoE passive.
As long as you dont buy items that give out benefits or the whole team its fine.

clearly op does not play much normal dominion, just lots of arab

otherwise he might've known that you cannot actually buy the snowball items in dominion.

should add a new rule

If there is an afk, a sub can be sent more than once. But the sub must be different every round in order to prevent one single hypercarry from going twice every round and getting a gold advantage.

In addition to this, it should say that all of the champions who are not afk should go before repeats are allowed.
Ex. Can't just be switching between two subs but instead each team member should be a sub before another can sub again

I love this custom game mode.

Haven't even played a total of 10 of these games yet, but the list of overly OP champs is growing!

Eve (same as twitch)

and more i cant recall on the spur of the moment

I've noticed AP Janna is OP in this. She can kite a **** out of 90% champs while losing almost no HP with shield.
