Yes, when the store comes online, any champion unlocked through RP or IP will be permanent.

Why will ELOs not be reset?

What is higher priority, new functions like guilds and teams or fixing things like the store and friends list?

Are higher-difficulty champions higher in price solely because Nitwit Nobrains can screw his team more easily with Anivia's ice wall than missing his stun with Annie?

Why are some champions easy to play and just as (if not more) effective as more difficult champions, like Ashe?
