very rare for me to see a patch and think that too.

the double pen runes they released were stupid especially considering that it's so much easier to stack MR/AR than offensive pen.

If this is legit, this patch is awesome. So glad they are finally nerfing Atmas, and I like the health nerf to Doran's as well. Excellent patch.
