You really just need to implement an in-game spectator mode with a 10-20 minute delay. Would solve many problems.

Will there be a stream hosted showing the matches?
Or maybe the round of 8 to the finals can be uploaded to the site OR Youtube where we can watch them?

Saturday
Also Saturday
Sunday

Now to re-inform the teachers and to educate our children on the topic of Also Saturday.
