We all know from Vayne what can happen in 1s of invisibility, however I think I have a solution to that.

And I'm not sure about his CD's. I was mainly going off what was said above- however, I'll take a look at Garen/Katarina/Riven, and see how they compare.

Pretext: First of all, I think that Demacia is a bit underrepresented, particularly in areas involving AP/knife-wielding assassins - while it doesn't exactly fit the demacian profile entirely, there's always hope. I also think there needs to be more rugged TF/Graves type characters, so this is the idea that I had buzzing around for a while. He's an assassin/anti-assassin character- a hard design to follow, so if you think anything looks out of place, let me know.

Armitage: the Knifemaster

General Appearance:
A slightly disheveled man, tall and dark - with a graves-esque look, wearing a simple white shirt (with large popped collar) and blue or black pants. From there, the man is entirely decked out with knives. Two criss-crossing bandoliers of knives fall from each shoulder- there are hip sheathes, leg sheathes and a knife on one upper arm. there is also a massive knife (i.e. shortsword) jutting upwards from his right boot. Hilts jut out sideways from his lower back, and there is obviously two knives in his hands- blades pointing forwards. He walks purposefully, leaning forward, and his blades dangling downwards from his hands. He runs slightly lower to the ground, body leant forward, and his knives sweeping out to the sides as he steps.

Lore:
Armitage had a very quiet beginning to his life. Born the son of a cook in the Demacian palace, he spent a lot of time minded, and ignored, by the kitchen helpers. However, he had an extremely curious spirit, and he was always getting into places that he shouldn't. Soon, the boy quickly became very handy with all things sharp and shiny. As a child, he was constantly scolded whenever the knives are found, but, rather than deterring him, the dexterous young child just learned how to hide them well. As he grew into a teen, he kept up his dangerous hobby, with a staggering amount of knives going missing from the kitchen - yet never being on him when he was searched, or as far as they knew. When he reached his majority, he ordered a large set of customized knives from Zaun, made from a strange, expensive metal, and with a shape more suited to killing than kitchen work. The other cooks were derisive at first, until he diced a tomato in mid-air.

He could have gone through life as a remarkable kitchen hand, had fate not intervened. On a quiet night, a Noxian assassin attempted to infiltrate the palace. Unfortunately for him, the route he chose was through the kitchen. Staff heard a commotion from the servant's entrance, and discovered Armitage standing by the body of a much older, and supposedly far more experienced assassin. Realizing his talent, he was quickly trained to be a silent bodyguard for the Demacian palace- using his own dark skillset in order to thwart any potential assassins. His job was to wander the palace, stay out of sight, and stop any undesirables from entering. Years of this life gave him an aptitude for knowing when a person was skulking about, and the title 'Knifemaster', and he soon became a valuable asset to the Demacian Palace. With the large amount of Demacian nobles journeying to the League of Legends, Armitage petitioned to leave his job at the palace to travel there- both to protect his countrymen as he did at home, and to see if his skills can measure up to the most dangerous of the world's assassins.

Emotes:
Selection- "My Knives are yours"
Movement- "We off?" "Careful" "Keep eyes everywhere" "A minor adjustment"
Joke- "Daggers!? Me!? I Am A Professional!" "And they say don't run with scissors!" (Juggles his knives for a second, catches one by the blade in his right hand, and the rest in his left, and points the former forwards)
Taunt- "Try and hurt Me- I'm all sharp edges!" "Play with knives, and you may get cut" (Crosses his arms in front of him holding many knives by the blade in each hand, flourishes, and is holding two knives by the hilts at his sides while dropping into a crouch.)
Dance- Juggles his knives while doing a two-step

Please give feedback. This champion wouldn't have made it this far, and won't be going any further without it. If you think something is broken/boring/OP/UP or you just have a cool new idea, don't hesitate to share. Don't have any opinions? Read through one of my following posts and give your practical, opinionated answers to some of the hard questions for me - as the designer I'm constantly torn on a number of things, so every suggestion in the mix just helps me make this character more detailed, more realistic, and most importantly, more fun. If you have an aversion to posting on forums, then there's a handy little green light just below this post which you can click if you enjoy the concept, and another little red one if you don't. Even tiny things like that can tell me if I'm on the right track or not.
Thank you

I really love him him great idea but 2 things i think it would be better to lower cooldowns and nerf abilities cuz he will completely dominate teamfights late gameand secondly wouls he be a top player or mid like talon

That's a lot of quote.

1. What abilities need nerfing? Most of his abilities just require people to know their way around them, like poking him when he uses W or getting out of range of his Q - I've tried to design him so that he can still do a bit of damage despite this.

2. He can either go full AD assassin, hybrid or AP for those people who always want to try something odd, or off-tank. So he's pretty alright to go in whichever lane. I wouldn't put him mid, though, as he doesn't have enough poke - such as talon's Rake.

I really like the idea of a champion that can unsealth champions. Also,
before a give an in depth review i need clarification on two things.
1. So his Q is like a single target Morgana/Warwick ult? Thats pretty freakin neat.
2. I dont quite understand what E does while under the effects of his ult. So he leaps the regular 700 distance then throws a knife another 700 then applys the normaleffects of the skill? ( slow/stun)

Thanks in advance.

1. His Q doesn't stun, it does consistent damage. It's more like fiddlesticks absorb- except without the lifesteal - That being that if people walk out of range, it'll stop.
2. Exactly so.

The only problem I see with this champ are the procs and base damage on his skills.

This character (I assume) is meant to be a Melee Assassin, which is fine, but he has a ridiculous amount of burst damage in his skills for being an AD champion. At level 2, with Q and E alone (With a doran's blade) he will probably do around 140+ damage on Q and 108 minimum damage on E, all the while being able to do normal attacks. This is crazy strong for being level 2. Having 2 skills, do close to 250 damage, plus one of them doing bonus damage from behind, and is a gap closer, AND can slow, is too much.

What I'm driving at is with the current stats, if you have a typical AD build, this champion would be ridiculously over-powered. You have to choose whether he's going to be a Hybrid/burst champion, making his skills proc with AP, or making him a right-click-to-win AD melee assassin. You can't have both, because if he's a right-click-to-win champ, AND his skills proc off AD, then the skill damage mixed with auto-attacks is just too much.

Other than that, this champion seems like a really cool idea, and I would love to see it implemented in game. Just play around with the skills, see if you can't make them more balanced.

It does bonus damage from the front.

Also, Talon is a skill-based AD champion, and it seems to work out for him.
Also his Q is a channel, so he can't do normal attacks during it, and he can't move or attack during his E.

i could tone down is early-game damage, or change his skills to only do bonus ad - i.e. 10 from doran's.

Should I just let this die? I'm guessing everyone who would look at it has already looked at it.
