They tend to always not want you to pick Eve ever, but most people in ranked (especially at 1050..) can't adapt and exploit her.

People tend to (or prefer to at least) auto-lock their best champ in blind, so they're willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and play with ya if you auto-lock her. They're smarter than in ranked, and are much more likely to exploit her map awareness and completely dominate, unless there's a vast comp difference.

I main AD Sona and often play her as ranked,but never got report for it. After reading this, I'm a bit afraid now,lol.

In game, I would let people experiment their champions, some would go ad soraka, ad jannan, or even ad brand.If they were to announce before starting the game,that ok, if they do bad,oh well, every champ have their bad day right? I never report champ for playing bad, but if they playing purposely bad, ignoring our suggestion and not back when we tell you to be back constanylu , oh yeah,you gonna get ban.

Tribunal system have it's flaw,as any other system, there not much people would actually read the entire game,they would glance once and vote base solely on their previous experience.

Generally, the idea of trolling is to infuriate people. Not just simply say the opposite of what they say. That's not very infuriating now...


edit: just looked at DrJadaris' match history. Lulz, all AI matches.

Now, I think there is a difference between "I pick oddball champs for their role, but play them well" and "Even though my team has displayed that they do not want me to pick this champion, I will pick them anyways." And guess what, champ slection can really determine to outcome of games. Sure, you CAN play AD Sona and probably do well in lane, but come lategame EVERY other AD carry will do more work and carry harder. Sure, you CAN jungle Heimer, but when you are being invaded by the enemy Mundo all day or when the enemy Lee Sin is getting kills every gank and ganking often you are making your team lose.

You do not get banned for just PLAYING Eve.

As with all these "I was unjustly banned for playing X champ" threads always end up the same, sure you played Eve, but you forgot to mention the other things that you did wrong.

People do not get unjustly banned by the Tribunal. I have judged several dozen (maybe hundreds) cases and very few people are even deserving of a pardon. People end up in the tribunal because they DESERVE to be there.

I have probably only pardoned about 5% (if that) of cases I have looked at. Why? Because they are pardon cases. Almost all of those cases were because they were "trolling" due to picking a champ that people didn't want him to. I would pardon by looking at his items, CS, chatlogs etc...

The cases where people pick Eve and I have punished are all the same.

Player 1: OMG WHY PICK EVE
Person being judged: STFU I PLAY WHAT I WANT
Player 2: But we already had X and we needed Y
Person being judged: WELL I SAID IN CHAT I WANTED TO PLAY EVE SO STFU
Player 1: /all please report eve
Person being judged: /all WHY BECAUSE I PICK EVE? OMG TRIBUNAL SO STUPID

And seeing as you are banned, as you said, until the end of the month, I can tell this is not the first time you were banned. Two week bans are NEVER for a first time offense, usually second or third.

So please, tell everyone what REALLY happens in games where you play Eve.
