Agreed. Consumers control the markets and keeping your consumers happy/updated is part of good business. Riot has never been and probably will never be good at this part. They clearly don't have their act together or a good plan in place for when things go wrong. Keeping your customers informed is key, not just "no patch, will update later." Then later the only update you get is "still no patch, will update later." When bad customer service comes out usually managers/staff do everything they can to appease/please their customers either via updates or discounts but you won't see riot doing either of these things either.

They give discounts every week actually if you haven't noticed I'd suggest actually reading the announcements. In fact there are discounts right now on 3 skins and 3 champs. But like i said complaining here isn't changing
anything, the patch still needs to be released bug free. The patch gave some unexpected bugs, you can't always expect coding to go right the first time every time. I believe I read somewhere that Hecarims mechanics
them self messed up the coding somewhere along the line.
