seems a bit much, unless you nerf the amount of gold/10 you're getting in order to add the ward. even if that's all it did, you're looking at, as some have mentioned, the "true" gold/10 value of the item exceeding double of what the other gold/10 items provide. I can understand looking for an item with more supporty stats (when compared to wriggle's) that allows you to ward, but I disagree with adding gold/10 on top of that.

Also, minor pet peeve... Proc = "Programmed Random OCcurrence"... what's random about a timer?

It has been stated that Philosopher Stone gives enough gold to buy you one Sight Ward every 3 minutes.

Whether or not you choose to use that gold for a sight ward is up to you.

Well how about a wriggles-like item that fits casters/supports? Or perhaps drop the g/10 amount to just one every ten, instead of the 2 that philo and hog grant?

You know lucky pick cost half as much as wriggles, and makes 30g per minute. 90 per 3. Thats a gp10 with a free ward.
