Ok so i have this problem where I try to jungle a tank such as Amumu or Allistar, but I keep getting ganked by the other team's jungler such as Shyvana, Warwick, Shaco. At lvl 2, how are u suppose to stop them by yourself, or is it impossible to stop them my your self at lvl 2?

Amumu in particular is weak to counter jungling. Because of this when you start with cloth armor you'll want to buy a ward and place it near your wraiths which is the entrance to your red. Your team will help you with blue. What is likely to happen is right around the time you're ready for red the counter jungler will move in. If you've discussed with your team that you'll need help with the invade it should work out and you'll get a good counter gank.

Also take some tips from the pros. They specifically mention the issues you're having.

If top/mid is leashing for you at blue, see if you can get someone from bot to stand in the bushes on the other side of the red lizard wall. Lot's of counter junglers will put a ward next to your wraiths so they will know when you pass by. Then they will come gank you at red lizard or double golems.

If that person does ward for you, go back to base after clearing blue/wolves and heal. Then make sure that mid/bot is ready to run into your jungle if you do get ganked.

If you are playing particularly junglers that are susceptible to counter jungling, you can not stop them by yourself. This is why depending on where you at, people are supposed to help you.

For example, if you are purple side and get counter jungled at your red, mid and Top should try and come help. After your first back, always have a ward or two and place them at the entrance of your jungle.

For example, on purple side, ward dragon and it will ward the entrace to your blue buff. On your red, either ward it at the entrace of wraiths, or just ward your red buff as a whole. You don't particularly have to cover alot of spots with your wards, so just play the wards in the brush near your buffs and you will see when they try to steal it.

But yes, without your team helping you, you can not stop them. So if you have a bad team with no map awareness or team spirits, you are pretty much screwed. Make sure to ping the counter jungler every time they are in your jungle fighting your buffs/you so your teammates see it because some people, believe it or not, have really bad map awareness.
