No best champion at 1v1. Period. My favs for 1v1's tho would be mordekaiser, yorick

+40% damage, you can fight under his turret, I think that's pretty good for 1v1 :P

imagine AP poppy fullbuild against Warwick. Ult, DFG, ram, autoattack(lichbane procs), Q, enemy is slowed, so you can use another autoattack after reactivating paragon, another lichbane proc, then charge is ready again for the finisher if WW had mad MR...if not dead use another Q and run for your life from turret

late game with all there items id have to say AD Sion with cleanse.
he can crit almost 1000 maybe more, also has 50 % lifesteal (not including items)

To all ppl who say tryndamere is the best , AD sion will destroy tryndamere once they both hit lvl 6
