For all you guys who are talking about reductions and buying the champs recently... when they did the Swain reduction I think it was like a week or so after I bought him with IP, and I got refunded the difference automatically. Took awhile, but it happened, so it may happen for you too! Keep an eye on your e-mail, Riot will send you one if they refund you.

Just bought Kennen two weeks ago, oh well XP

He's a strong and fun character; if anyone's debating buying him to try him out I recommend going for it.


EDIT: The ninjas are about "balance in all things".... yet Akali and Shen are 3150, Kennen is still 4800... lower him further, riot? :3
