Greetings, denizens of the Lore Forum!

Now that Hecarim's out in the wild and you've had a chance to see him and learn a little about him, I'd like to invite you all to share your thoughts on this new champion. I can also shed a little more light on him, so feel free to ask me questions about his story and motivation - I can't promise I'll answer everything, since he is a mysterious figure, but I'd like to at least give you all more to think about and discuss.

This is something new we'd like to do with champion releases to connect with the community and drive discussion, so you can expect to see similar threads by the other creative designers as more champions join the League.

Why does he wants to join the League?

Does he want to represent Shadow Isle?

What are his relations with other champions?

Is he some kind of.....Vanguard of an Shadow Isles army?

Is he an undead centaur or something of the sort?

What is his Breakfast of Champions?

But really, I was impressed when seeing him in combat. His animations are amazingly done.

Question: Does he have any sort of relation to Eve or Mord, besides coming from the Shadow Isles?

Since he appears to be the avatar of Death, will you be bringing in the other three horsemen of Pestilence, Famine, and War as well?

Slightly (read: very) off topic. What do the reds think of the "Ask" threads that have popped up?

So I'm guessing you saw the influx of Ask threads and thought you could use it to your advantage? Also does Hecarim have any relations to other champions?

Can you talk about his development - i.e., where the initial concept came from, how it evolved, etc?

Was he always a centaur, or did he change to become one?
