Sup guys reading this, thought this might be an interesting champion. Feedback of any kind is welcome.
Lore: As a young boy Xenix was teased about his crazy imagination. He loved blades, but he was always more of a ranged person. He set his sight on building the first ever bladed bow. However many of the black smiths in Domacia thought that he was crazy. With no one taking up the offer, he decided to trash his plans. It was by seer luck that Heimerdinger walked by as he threw the plans away. Heimerdinger picked up the plans and liked what he saw and decided to take up the project. The next week Xenix tripped over a package on his front door step. He brought it in and opened it. Inside was Xenix's plan for a bladed bow. However the regular blades were replaced by two Hextech Blades. They were modified to have bow like qualities and still have it's deadliness. With new found confidence Xenix went on to join the League of Legends to prove his worth.

Passive:Melee Bow- If enemy is too close to Xenix, instead of attacking with ranged he attacks with his bladed bow.
Q:Arrow Wave- Xenix shoots an arrow in a direction and upon release the bow sends a wave after it dealing damage to everything in range. Target takes more damage when hit directly by arrow. Damage: 35/40/45/50/55 (+6%) Cost: 65 Mana Range: 600
W: Sharpened Shot- Xenix gets a more accurate view on enemies. Gives Xenix a 5/6/7/8/9% attack boost. Cost: 75 Mana Range: 0
E: Boomerang Blade- Xenix throws his bow like a boomerang dealing damage to enemies caught in it's path. Deal less damage more targets it goes through. Damage: 45/50/55/60/65 (+7%) Cost: 85 Mana Range: 645
R: Sword Shot Barrage- Xenix fires multiple swords out of his bow and deals damage and slows targets caught in line of fire. Deals less the more targets are shot. Slow is not refreshed if shot multiple times. Damage: 250/435/620 (+10%) Slows for 5 seconds by 35% Cost: 160 Mana Range: 1450
