So i play with a small UI scale. To keep things looking nice and clean and to get rid of the ui blocking my mouse and stuff. Btw yes i do play locked, but this means nothing for this. Ive noticed this for a long time now and its quite annoying. The smaller size makes EVERYTHING(minus that gigantic minimap... Mini they call it...) smaller. I dont want EVERYTHING smaller. I want the stuff at the top left(when you click a unit) to keep its large size, as i cant read a thing on it, which effects my smite ability. Also the top right stats, i cant see anything so i have to ctrl + f to see my ping, and hit tab to check my score. Also dont like how small it makes the friendly champ notifications on the left smaller.

I agree, I play with my HUD so small that I can't make out the stats numbers next to a target's name. The only thing I really NEED to see is the mimi-map and cooldown icons or timers. Individual scaling of the HUD elements would be a HUGE improvement on the functionality and aesthetics of the HUD just because we could keep the size of the action button panel in check without shrinking everything else out of focus, and yeah the mini-map is really big but I'd only down size it a notch or two on a slider.
