Riot implimented a new patch earlier which introduced to the store the new Legendary Galio skin. What they failed to mention is that they also nerfed him in the process

I like this skin seems like lots of effort & work put into it :P, and this is a bit off topic but does any one know if these skins get to certain other servers before like NA because I think I saw it on EU, not sure which one before it came and I saw it on a live stream before it was on NA
