You have to pay to watch the recordings, but you can watch it live for free on both twitch.tv or own3d.tv

So this is why RIOT's been so busy. I know it's hard to think about, but try to imagine all the effort and planning and scheduling that goes behind being a company let alone the fact they have to keep up with the game and all its branches of necessaries.

I gotta find some Chinese / Korean Ezreal game play, and hopefully I do here!
