So umm, I chose to stick with the old system but I can't seem to find the rewards list for the old system anymore. How do I do this now or is it missing/gone?

So I went to the new program, and redeemed all the IP, but then I login the game, and have the same IP I had before...

To my understanding, the bug is a display issue so it will show as if you lost referrals, but in the back-end you still have your 250. You could definitely wait it out until the bugs are resolved before switching, if that makes you feel more comfortable. We'll post updates as they arrive.

Try attempting to make a purchase in the store (don't need to complete it). Let me know if that helps.

It's not showing a good amount of the referrals I had and all my ip boosts are gone. I redeemed the 250 ip from the referrals currently displayed as completed and my account shows the same ip I had before redeeming when I logged in. Are they going to fix this soon?

Also, the old system was lvl 5. The new system is lvl 10.

So if I had 250 referrals through the old system, but not all of them played past level 10, does that mean I would lose referrals? Or does the conversion only count the past number of referrals, regardless of lvl?

if they get 1000 people = 250,000ip
