Passive: On kill or assist, gain 12% of max mana back on champ kill or assist.
UNIQUE Passive: Gain 1% MPp5 for each 1% of Mana missing.

Really, to balance it, put AP to 75, make both passives unique, and only get 8% of mana back per champ kill or assist. Reduce the cost by 75.
