Please reduce the starting off hidden ELO for 1st time ranked players from 1200 to the 900 range. It doesn't make sense having it that high.

After clawing my way up from that range to 1193 I got farmed down 10 games in a row because I kept getting matched with people with less than 10 ranked games played who didn't understand meta at all and weren't open to any help or suggestions. Worse yet, these people were 1st pick and I usually had to support someone who has no idea what they're doing and at the same time couldn't carry the game myself.

Funny thing is, after getting farmed down, and not having the "1200 elo" players in my games, my teammates were consistently better and I started climbing again... This has happened twice...

TL;DR THE NEW PLAYER RANKED ELO IS TOO **** HIGH!

Then you will be QQing about the 900 starting elo is too high and you will ask Riot to lower it even more. Starting at 1200 elo doesn't really matter because your elo is based on your own personal win/loss ratio which reflects on other players. Also think about this, you started at 1200 elo and you want new players to start at 900. That is just unfair when you think about it. This is just something you have to deal with since you are around the 1200 elo range.
