Not sure about useless but it certainly seems Riot prefers all matches be filled with ignite + flash/exhaust (they **** near already are lol). The total lack of viable spell options makes me sad.

Riot troll hard, the preview was named "Varus Patch Preview"
Now change to "Spectator Mode Patch Preview"
