If their internet is unreliable, they shouldn't be playing the game. While I don't like the OP's attitude, banning for leaving and AFKing should not rely upon whether your internet is good or bad - it should rely upon the facts: whether you left or not.

If your internet is unreliable, I'm sorry but this is not the game for you. The very genre, MOBA (Massively Online Battle Arena) should have alerted you to this.
