everytime there is a Yorick all he does is spam QWE entire laning session

the champion is boring as f*ck to play so I assume people play him because he takes 0 skill and is OP during laning phase

lifesteal ghoul needs mana cost so he can't spam it everytime it coolsdown

Riot keeps nerfing lane sustain but Yorick has one of the biggest lane sustains in the game

And then, he has a useless late game. Just survive early, he won't be doing much late game.

All Yorick got is his early-mid game lane harass/sustain. Late game he's just a tank only utilizing W's slow and ult on steroids teammates.

oh im sorry does his ghouls have to much HP for you. You cant just 2 shot them and walk away fine. HE IS MANA HUNGRY why you think the yoricks get ToG into Manamune. Because of his spamming, exactly how close are you to him btw?? why cant you just be chilling behind your minions listening to Comfortably Numb and enjoying playing a FREE game put out by RIOT.

Just survive his lane and you'll laugh at how the game became a 4v5 after the laning phase ends.

If you seriously can't beat Yorick, then just use Maokai, Trundle, Nasus, or Cho'gath.

LOL ya, it's WEQ, sometimes no q. Even then, Yorick has mana issues until the tear is finished.

It honestly isn't that hard to survive in lane (though you may be 20cs lower than Yorick due to needing to freeze the lane by your turret if you're a melee champion). If you are playing someone like xin zhao who has relatively no sustain, then you're gonna get crapped on, but the forementioned champions in Ginga's post all work pretty well. Nasus even gets free Q farm from hitting the ghouls.

I've played alot of Yorick matches recently. His laning phase is strong, but some champs can out sustain his harass and just freefarm top. (Nidalee, Tryndamere, Chogath, Udyr, and WW) all they need to do is buy a vamp-scepter and out scale him.

They call his yOPrick for a reason. Highest sustain in lane, deals tons of damage late game.
