The main problem with giving a champion so much attack damage is that they can poke and last-hit incredibly easily, and you've just given a ranged champion by far the highest attack damage in the game.

That's unworkable, so unfortunately while it sounds like fun, I'd suggest toning it way down. Make it the strongest ranged carry damage, but keep it below the top melee champions for balance's sake.

With low attack speed, she'll miss alot of cs so shut it before you say it.

Attack speed refers to how long you wait between attacks, not how long the animation takes. With that much attack damage, you can finish off minions from much higher health values.

What was your point?

Edit: Another way to see this is that the general rule is that early AD items help you last hit. The rule isn't that early attack speed helps you get last hits, and that's for good reason.

Okay, so with an AD of 56 +4 (putting her right below top-ranked Garen at level 1 and right below top-ranked Skarner at level 18), to keep the same DPS...

ASpd at 1 = 35.302 DPS / 60 Attack Damage = 0.588
ASpd at 18 = 109.267 DPS / 128 Attack Damage = 0.854

Again, if the base AS is R and the scaling is S:

1) R + S = 0.588
2) R + 18S = 0.854

By elimination, we subtract 1) from 2) and get:

17S = 0.266
S = 0.0156
R + 0.0156 = 0.588
R = 0.5724

Giving Fransisca a base attack speed of 0.572 and an increment of 0.0156, expressed as a percent of 0.572 gives us 2.72%.

Attack Damage: 56 +4
Attack Speed: 0.572 +2.72%

Also I reduced the range on Bio-Energy Blast and Siege Engineer. Now Fransisca can still hit turrets from one back and a lane over, but can't hit enemy turrets from her own nexus.

I like the change--she'll still be a heavy-hitting ranged champion, and I think that's good with the theme and balance.

I need a clarification on her W. Will Fransisca's auto attacks deal the additional damage? Also how long will they be taking the 1% ticks?

I found my old W difficult to clarify, so I modified its functionality.

New W -- Razor Rounds: Fransisca loads her weapon with 5 Razor Rounds. While she has Razor Rounds loaded, her auto attacks will cause the target to bleed for 1% of its health per second for 3 seconds (effect stacks). Razor Round attacks also cause Exposed Weakness for 3 seconds.

Exposed Weakness: Target takes 4%/6%/8%/10%/12% additional damage from all sources other than Razor Rounds.

Nice rework on the W, I like. I have one question though, will stacking the razor rounds be possible? I mean, will the 5 that are already loaded stay if the ability comes off cooldown and you decide to use it again so you could potentially have unlimited razor rounds, or maybe using the ability will just reset the number or razor rounds to 5?
