Don't you think it is so strong :O, can block every attacks sometimes, blocking Gp is good but he can top lane and get every one easily with that passive.

Don't attempt to trade hits with Panth by doing one single auto-attack and then letting the shield recharge?

Doesn't block spells, any minion/monster except cannons and buffs, can chain 2 at most. It's a little strong I suppose, but he falls of late game in order to balance out his early game.

His stun refreshes his shield too you know.

And yea Panth is an extremely strong laner and to make the most use of his laning phase you really should go mid. Reasons? You can gank top or bot with ult, you can shut down the enemy ap carry (which has the most influence besides jungler early-mid). Also mid laners are generally speaking much squishier then the bruisers that normally go top.

It does block GP's parley, Panth is the biggest counter to gp because of it.

its really OP early and mid game. it falls off hard late game tho.
