Can you tell me how Nunu would normally work bot? It just seems to me like his kit suits itself better for top as a kind of support mage.

Also, how do you keep minions pushed? Solely through consume? Or BB on caster minions?

Usually, Nunu at bot will take promote to add to his push, but in that game, he took Garrison for a more defensive stance. I'm not sure of his logic, so be sure to clarify with him, but typically Nunu keeps up the harass while escorting his promoted wave.

Bot lane Nunu works as an attrition lane, slowly wearing out your opponent through large amounts of sustain(consume+spellvamp) and harass. Pushing can be accomplished through a variety of ways. Autos, harassing and zoning the opponent, Promote(which I decided not to run, explanation in a bit), and consume(should be used to counter and sustain through harass though).

I decided to run Garrision in the hopes that i would be assisted by the AD TF and/or Olaf, but that did not happen really. Garrison would have facilitated a tower dive once i had pushed you in, should TF decide to ult in. That was my thought anyway, did not happen. Promote would have been a better choice.

Slighty off topic: I am generally hesitant to play supports if i am not queue'd with a buddy who is playing a dps'er because a lot of your utility relies on your allies ability to use you (that sounds dirtier than i wanted it to be...). However, i have always wanted to try Nunu top with a competent ranged carry. Also, i am perpetually stuck in the bottom lane since no one seems to want it.

I can relate to being stuck bot lane a lot, though I often choose to do it cause I know I can hold my own down there most of the time.

I've played nunu a bit top when one of my friend was playing ashe, and it was a lot of fun. He brings some burst damage and an enormous amount of control. And with that combo, people could just not get away from us or to us, it was quite funny. Hope you can try it out sometime
