Difficult to guess, considering ranked stats also averages in any ranked 3's or team ranked 5 games.

Just over 100 minions a game = <1000 elo unless you played A LOT of support.

OP, thankyou for demonstrating adequately why a system that makes use of individual stats is wholly inadequate for measuring how good you are compared to other palyers.

based on your average CS and the kill rate probably 1500 or mid 1400 but no way to truly tell because it depends on where your elo gains leveled off at before you started getting un-inflated elo gains. having equal wins and loses when you start at 1200 elo is different than having equal wins and losses win you start at 1600 elo.
