What has LoL solo queue come to?

Honestly, the last 15 games or so, I've either had to deal with trolls or kids who don't know how to play the game. I'm level 30 and ranked, I don't understand how they can reach that level sucking so much. What has happened to the old League? There should be some new implementation or a higher leveling system, because somebody with 300 wins and 700 losses could potentially be level 30.
Summary: I will be buying Dota 2.

Hard to make "friends" on league, since the community is full of immature, cap-locks typing kids.

Hard to make "friends" when you completely dismiss somebody giving you a healthy alternative to solo queue. Also, enjoy DotA 2.

Summary: I will be buying Dota 2.
You need to understand that with more games you play trolling and being unlucky with bad players on your team is just going to even out. If there are lots of "trolls or kids who don't know how to play the game" they are going to be on the other team just as often as yours.. So if you're losing lots of games, it's your own fault for not being better than trolls or kids who don't know how to play the game.

Unless you solo queue support, that makes it so much more difficult to gain elo, you are putting your life in your teams hands.

Someone has to solo queue, if everyone duo queued, no matches would ever be found lol
