+ the higest AGI growth in the game is TerrorBlade (3.2) next is PA (3.15), Riki is only (2.9). Most AD Carries who relies on their AA has similar growth also AM (2.8) Void (2.85). Sniper (2.9). What are you talking about?
+ Fastest attack animation? Not even close. He only has the BAT of 1.7, same as ALMOST EVERYONE ELSE. If you want faster attack, go for AM, he only has 1.45. And before AM has 1.35 BAT, try to compete with that.
+ Gap Closer? PA has that too and PA carries way harder.
+ Permanent invisibility is hard counter by Sentry Ward,Gem, several skills such as Slardar's Ulitimate, Zeus's Lightning Bolt + Ultimate.......
+ The solution to smoke screen is the same as against AOE team, dont stand too close. Boom.
+ Riki is very fragile early game, he is like Talon. Kill him repeatedly.
+ Riki can't not pubstomp as effectively as Ursa, no where near. Ursa dont need much item for damage, all he needs is HP and a blink Dagger and some form of stun from his team. Riki on the other hand, are every dependent on items.
