and put him in charge of the crew that runs our steel heating furnace. I'm curious what it's going to be like for him working in a company with ~120 100% caucasian coworkers.

Have packages regularly delivered to that guy at your place of work. That way when the delivery person asks for him, you can watch your co-workers awkwardly try to describe him out of 120 people without referencing his skin colour in a misguided attempt to be politically correct.
