I love LOL. I play it everyday if possible.

I have over 800 wins on normal. But I am really embarrassed to say that I am measly 470 ELO.

I am a very cooperative team player. I dont rage but get annoyed with those that do. I am constantly trying to do the right things in a game to help the team.

Is it possible that I am the worst LOL player with this much experience?

I would love to mentored and told wtf I am doing wrong.......

at that elo , you should be able to go rambo and carry with a bruiser.

What goes wrong when you play ranked games? Do you get countered? What characters do you play? I think your question is too generalized, perhaps you can be more specific as to what you want help with?

Like give examples of what characters you play, runes, masteries etc?
