Also, it does damage too. Just because it doesn't crit doesn't mean it does no damage, especially if you're playing Ezreal correctly and weaving his Qs inbetween your autoattacks. There's no loss of DPS unless you're doing it wrong.

That's the kind of fallback argument that people try to use against the viability of skillshot champions. Is Lee Sin weak because people are going to move and juke his Q? Is Morgana weak because people are going to move and juke her Q? Ahri? Graves?

Just because they have skillshots doesn't inherently mean they're worse than others, especially since all the characters I mentioned are considered to be strong or overpowered picks.

I just played my first game as ezreal ever and went 40/13/13. he looks fine to me.

The ranged carries are all pretty viable and balanced imo...
