Still not as good as it should be. yeah, the mana regen is great, but i'd still would give it some more MR

Galio is a no-brainer but pretty much any ap champ with spammy abilities and moderate mana costs will want this.

Ziggs, Avianna, Lux, the list goes on and on and on.

And the MR on the chalic means I am expecting this to become a core item on almost every mana based AP mid to provide sustain and a bit of survivability while still giving Offensive boost mid-late game.

Over/under for a nerf in two weeks?

I don't see it being nerfed. The only way to "break" it is to stack mana items, Tear, Catalyst, Heart. And to build those on anyone who doesn't already want them generally hurts your damage output.

That said, for the champions that DO build those already, this WILL become a core item as many have said, and it WILL function as Riot intended, by reducing the need for those mid lanes to CONSTANTLY get blue buff.

Personally, I'll have to wait and see if it breaks any games wide open because from what I've seen it only opens up the game a little more.

Love this Item now I can spam MAOKAI WOOHOO!! Also this item is amazing on lux. Just cant wait to try on maokai. nice job riot with the new item and graphics update.
