Does Garrison stack, or does a second application reset the timer (if anything happens at all)?

The timer is reset if a friend cast the first garrison.

If an enemy casted then your garrison replaces theirs.

If both an ally and an enemy garrison at the same time, I was under the impression that both Garrison effects apply at the same time. So, the tower would attack faster while doing insignificant damage.

inFe is correct.

It'd also regenerate, aside from attacking quickly and splashing if you have the mastery, while attacking for insignificant damage.

Thanks guys. I was playing a blind the other day and we had four people on our team take Garrison so I had to wonder.
