Attack speed or Mpen reds?

I feel that AS works better for Janna, but is weaker on Soraka, while Mpen is stronker on Soraka but weaker than Janna (because charging up for her tornado is uncommon)
What do you guys think?

I go armor for the most part for reds on them. Especially if you are running a page with more regen(mana regen yellows) and not armor yellows

armor reds gp10 yellows/quints Mr or mr/level blues.
