Passive – Nutty Doctor:
Every 75 seconds divided by your Attack Speed, Dr. Cascada tosses a nut to the cursor's location. Nuts remain on the ground for 6 seconds. Nuts can be thrown upto 450 units away. If an enemy touches a nut, it explodes, dealing 30/60/90/120 damage to them (levels 1/6/11/16)
Note that this means you start throwing them every 120 seconds, and will be throwing them nearly every minute by level 18, without items. With items, you can throw as often as every 30 seconds.

Q – A Neverending Dream (Skillshot):
Passive: Any nuts within 450 units of Dr. Cascada are super-charged with her magic, allowing ally champions to heal for 50/90/130/170/210 damage (this consumes the nut).
Active: Dr. Cascada throws a nut at the cursor’s location, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+100 times Dr. Cascada’s Attack Speed) Physical Damage to the first enemy it hits, with a stacking 20% slow debuff (max 5 stacks). If an Enemy has 4 stacks, they are rooted instead. At 5 stacks, the enemy is stunned. Stacks last 10 seconds. An enemy that has been rooted or stunned cannot suffer from that condition from this effect again for 10 seconds.
If Dr. Cascada touches a nut, reduce this skill’s cooldown by 6 seconds.

W – A World So Dead (Altered from World So Cold):
Passive: When an enemy dies within 600 units of Dr. Cascada, reduce the Cooldown of Dr. Cascada’s skills by 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1 second. Champions reduce the Cooldowns by twice that instead. Dr. Cascada also gains 1 stack of Deadly Munk (max 6) if Dr. Cascada dealt the killing blow to that enemy. Stacks last 5 seconds.
Active: Dr. Cascada channels the innate fury of the chipmunk, lunging at target enemy and dealing 80/110/140/170/200 (+0.4 bonus AD) Physical Damage. If the enemy has less than 20% health remaining, they take an additional 30 (+0.1 bonus AD) Physical Damage per stack of Deadly Munk, then remove all stacks of Deadly Munk.

E – You Need A Doctor (Altered from I Need A Doctor):
Passive: When moving toward an ally with less than 20% health that is within 1200 units, gain 20/25/30/35/40% Movement Speed times your Attack Speed.
Active: Target ally heals 120/160/200/240/280 damage. Increase this amount by 1% for each 1% of your health you are missing. If you have less health than the target, you heal 120/160/200/240/280 times your Attack Speed as well.

R – Witch Doctor:
Using Voodoo Chipmunk Powers, Dr. Cascada calls forth the ghost of a chipmunk, and turns it into a shield around target ally, absorbing 200/350/500 (+1 bonus AD) damage. If the shield is popped before the duration ends, the enemy that popped it takes 50/75/100 Physical Damage times your Attack Speed per second for the remaining duration of the Shield.
When the shield takes damage, 5/10/15% of the damage the shield takes is converted to Attack Speed, and fades away at a speed of 5% per second after the shield is broken or ends.
To clarify, taking 300 damage gives you 15/30/45% bonus Attack Speed.
